Loyalty card in Apple Wallet & Google Wallet

Bring your customers
back to you.

A digital loyalty card your customers add to their phone in one tap, no app. They collect stamps and earn rewards; you see who comes back and who stopped coming.

From first visit to wallet, in three steps.

All your customer needs is their phone. No app to download, no form to fill.

  1. 1

    Scan your code

A code at the counter or on the table. They point their camera at it and your page opens.

  2. 2

    Pick a wallet

Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, in one tap. No app to install.

  3. 3

    Saved on their phone

The card lives in their wallet; every visit adds a stamp and the card updates by itself.

More than a stamp card.

Sewar is a complete system for your business: loyalty, a page for your services or products, branches, cashier and customer insights. All from one dashboard.

  1. No app at all

The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and is there every time your customer opens their wallet.

  2. Gifts along the way

Customers don't wait until the last stamp. Put a gift halfway and a reward at the end; the card shows how many are left.

  3. Your services or products

Show them with prices, on the same page where customers add their card.

  4. All your branches

Customers see your branches on a map, and every stamp counts for its branch.

  5. One-scan cashier

From any phone or tablet, no extra hardware. Scan the customer's code and the stamp is added.

  6. A profile for every customer

Visits, rewards and last visit, so you spot your best customers at a glance.

  7. Know who comes back, and who stopped

Insights on your customers and visits that tell you who is late for their usual visit, so you win them back before you lose them. See the insights

Customers who stopped coming, we bring them back.

The Sewar dashboard shows who joined, who came back and who broke their routine. Clear numbers that help you decide and win back lapsed customers before you lose them.

  • Each customer's journey

Where customers stop: from joining to their first reward.

  • Who came back, who didn't

Return rate, and a page per customer with their last visit.

  • When you're busy

Busy and quiet hours, so you plan staff and offers.

  • Branches and team

Visits per branch, and stamps per staff member.

Frequently asked questions

What is Sewar?

Sewar is a digital loyalty program for cafés, restaurants and shops in Saudi Arabia. Your customers get a stamp card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, collect stamps on every visit and earn rewards, and you see who comes back and who stopped coming.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. They scan your store's QR code with their phone camera, sign in with Google or Apple, and the card is added to their phone's wallet in one tap.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. On iPhone the card goes into Apple Wallet, and on Android into Google Wallet.

How does the cashier add a stamp?

The cashier opens Sewar on the store's phone or tablet and scans the code on the customer's card. The stamp is added instantly, and the card in the customer's wallet updates by itself.
